New Colley Terrace luxury hotel development construction to commence

Construction on the new luxury hotel on the corner of Colley Terrace and Jetty Road Glenelg with art deco inspired design will commence from July 2021 with opening scheduled for October 2022. The luxury hotel will include 63 rooms a mixture of studio suites, one bedroom and two bedroom suites, a restaurant, roof top bar and function room.
